1.       1. repair ceiling thru out the unit including closets with Monterrey orange peel style

2.       2. remove nails & cover nail holes thru out the unit

3.       3. sand & paint window sills thru out the unit (CCHA will provide white oil base paint)

4.       4. remove all door stopper & replace all door stoppers after walls have been painted thru out the unit

5.       5. paint walls thru out the unit including closets (CCHA will provide paint)

6.       6. replace base boards thru out the unit and paint with white oil base paint (CCHA will provide base boards and paint).

8.       7. replace floor tiles thru out the unit (CCHA will provide floor tiles)

9.       8. replace all outlet, switches, outlet covers, switch covers, GFI, and GFI covers thru out the unit (CCHA will provide outlets, switches, outlet covers, switch covers, GFI, and GFI covers)

11.   9. re-sand & repair all corner beads thru out the unit

12.   10. remove and install light fixture thru out the unit (CCHA will provide fixture)

13.   11. remove & replace all ceiling vent covers (CCHA will provide vent covers)

14.   12. paint all door frames with white oil base paint (CCHA will provide paint)

15.   13. remove all closet shelves, closet rods thru out the unit, paint with white oil base paint and reinstall properly, caulk if needed (CCHA will provide aint and caulking)

16.   14. pressure wash windows dry them up & clean the window panes thru the inside

17.   15. pressure wash the exterior of the building

18.   16. contractor must remove all debris & dispose of them

 

Living room:

19.   17. remove & replace front entrance door and door frame and paint (CCHA will provide door, door frame, and paint)

20.   18. replace front entrance weather strip (CCHA will provide weather strip)

21.   19. replace piston in front entrance screen door (CCHA will provide piston)
